Common Topics
- Account & Login — Trouble signing in, forgotten passwords, or adding new users: contact your company administrator or email us.
- GPS & Tracking — Make sure location permissions are set to "Always Allow" in your device settings for background tracking to work.
- Syncing Data — The app syncs automatically when connected to the internet. Pull down to refresh or tap the Sync button on the tracking screen.
- Tracts & Boundaries — Tracts are managed from the web portal at app.forestrytechnologies.com. Import via Shapefile, KML, or KMZ.
- Reports — Session, tract, operator, and out-of-boundary reports are available in the web portal under the Reports section.
- App Updates — Keep the app updated via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) for the latest fixes and features.
